John Dover - Creator, author, and sound of Johnny Scotch
As the creator and writer of “Johnny Scotch”, John Dover has built his Jazz Noir world from the music he is immersed in on a daily basis and from his travels across the US as a professional musician. John continues to build the “Johnny Scotch” library through short stories, and his comic book collaboration with Illustrator and story board artist Dan Schaefer. John’s musical world and his writing world also collide with the “Johnny Scotch Vignettes”, a series of musical pieces written by Thomas Barber, that incorporate high energy fusion with the spoken word.
John's latest releases includh Johnny Scotch #4, illustrated by Dan Schaefer, and the second Johnny Scotch novella, “A Song for Charlie”. John continues to perform and teach as a clinician for Bach trumpets along with his role as the creator and writer of Johnny Scotch.
Outside of the Johnny Scotch world, John has a number of short stories in the horror genre published. You can find his works in "Tales from the Braided Pony", "Monsters 'N' Things", "100 Word Horrors", and the upcoming "Carnival Tales", and "Tenebrous Tales". John has also been a regular contributor to Mythmachine.com as an entertainment writer.

Dan Schaefer - Concept artist and illustrator
Dan Schaefer has contributed his skills as a concept/storyboard artist to film and television productions for more than 29 years. His list of projects varies from animation (Teen-Age Mutant Turtles, James Bond Jr), advertising campaigns (NBA, Microsoft, BMW, Adidas, Nike, Intel, HP, Clorox, Airwick, Cadillac) and feature films/television (BBC, NBC/Universal, MGM, Lions Gate, Paramount, TNT, HBO, Netflix). He has worked as a pre-visualization artist with Gus Van Sant (Paranoid Park, To Each His Own Cinema, Milk), Guillermo Arriga (The Burning Plain) Ellory Elkayam (Without a Paddle 2), Jonathan Frakes and Frank Oz (Leverage) and Rob Bowman (Staties). His diverse skill set has led into art direction (Valley of Light for Hallmark), producing (associate producer on the film Deep Winter starring Kellan Lutz) and directing a series of documentaries (Mania, Kings of the Road, Figaro, and House By the Side of the Road). Works include concept/storyboard/prop artist on Grimm(NBC), TNT's Leverage/Librarians, The Break(BBC), Here and Now(HBO), and American Vandal(Netflix).

Thomas Barber - Composer/Arranger
Thomas has been active as both a trumpeter and composer since hitting the New York scene in 2004. As a composer, he has written scores for over twenty independent films and t.v. shows, including the award-winning animated short film Operation: Fish (2006) for director/animator Jeff Riley, two feature documentaries for director Dan Schaefer, Mania (2008) and Kings Of The Road (2009), and the 10-part television series Rip City Stories (2009-2011) about the Portland Trailblazers for Comcast Sportsnet. He has performed with Paul Simon, Brian Blade, Joe Locke, Steve Wilson, Slide Hampton, Wynton Marsalis, Wycliffe Gordon, Jimmy Heath, Frank Wess, Carla Cook, Tom Harrell, Nasheet Waits, Linda Oh, Lage Lund, Marcus Strickland, and many more.
